We ask that residents activate their Tenant Portal. This portal will allow you to schedule, pay, and track your rent payments online. You can also sign up for email reminders. Routine property requests can also be submitted online for prompt response. We also are a 24-hour management company and will be reachable via phone for emergencies only, where resident safety or property is at risk.

If there is a significant water leak or flooding, please look for the shutoff valve for the leaking item then call 503-841-5923.
