Residential Tenant Portal Information
We ask that residents activate their Tenant Portal. This portal will allow you to schedule, pay, and track your rent payments online. You can also sign up for email reminders. Routine property requests can also be submitted online for prompt response. We also are a 24-hour management company and will be reachable via phone for emergencies only, where resident safety or property is at risk.

- If you smell the odor of gas call Northwest Natural Gas at 800-882-3377 then call 503-841-5923.
- If there is a significant water leak or flooding, please look for the shutoff valve for the leaking item then call 503-841-5923.
We work hard to keep properties well-maintained and appreciate the help of our residents in keeping them that way. Please respect our managed properties and leave common areas as they were found.
