I am interested in furthering my career but I already have a Master’s Degree. The problem is that I am in middle management and I want to move up the corporate latter.

I took the initiative and enrolled in a training program for management. I updated the skills that I use now and learned a lot of new ones to help me get noticed. I and also enrolling in leadership development training and training seminars to cover all of my bases.
