Sales Training Leads to Leadership Training in Minneapolis

Sales and customer relations go hand in hand. That is why it is important to know how to deal with existing clients and potential clients. Not only will a vast knowledge of training help any business, it will help you in your every day life.

I have a business that is based in Minnesota and I have several branches throughout the country. My people needed sales training Minneapolis and sales training in North Dakota, which is one of the branches. I found that productivity increased after the training was complete and we kept our existing customers.

I think next I’ll have the managers go through leadership training in Minneapolis. If that is successful I will have all of my managers enroll in the same course.

Without good customer relations and good managers, my company would fall apart.

22 Inch Rims and Tires Only Needed to Win

I love working on cars. I also love entering my hotrods in car shows. I just put 22 inch rims and tires on my car. I painted it and I tinted the windows recently. I think these new changes will give it the edge to win.

Some guys from my car club have been fixing up their cars also. One friend got custom tires and that really made a big difference. He also spent a lot of time and money on the interior. It’s reupholstered too.

I have another friend with a Mini Cooper and to spruce up his ride he got Mini Cooper tires and chrome rims. He also painted it a deep maroon that glimmers when you look at it from certain angles.

I still think I’ll do better than them at the car show. If I don’t win I’ll have to make some new adjustments but I think the rims and tires are all that I needed.

Maps of Thailand, Egypt and Dominican Republic Decorate Traveler’s Den

I love to travel and wherever I go I always buy a unique souvenir and I save the map that I used to get around. Last year I went to Egypt and I purchased a blanket that was made by a local. I have it in my den with the framed map of Egypt from that trip.

Prior to that trip I went to Thailand. Most of the souvenirs I got there went to my nephews but I still have the maps of Thailand even though they have coffee stains and food stains. I have a Bangkok doll to remind me of all of the beauty there.

And I have a framed map of the Dominican Republic behind my desk. Next to it on the wall are several photographs from that island. The people there are very passionate and they know how to dance.
